Board Leadership Development Certification Course (Part 2)
At the Conclusion of the Part 1 and Part 2 classes all participants attending all both (2 hours each, 4-hours total) will receive a certificate of completion and will be invited to attend our September lunch program to receive recognition for their accomplishment as our guests.
An effective board is an association’s greatest asset. The CAI Board Leader Certificate Course equips you with the skills to communicate with residents, hire qualified professionals, develop enforceable rules, and confidently interpret governing documents.
Designed for board members and volunteer leaders, this course provides a clear understanding of roles, responsibilities, and leadership dynamics. You’ll learn how to anticipate challenges, solve problems, support fellow volunteers, and work effectively with managers and business partners—all to help build and sustain a community people are proud to call home.
